Jon Dachenhaus

Jon received his B.A. in Biology and Geography from Macalester College in 2013. He has since worked in a variety of field technician positions in Florida, Minnesota, California, Louisiana, and the Galapagos. He worked for the Oregon Marbled Murrelet Project as a general technician in 2017 and as the lead aerial technician in 2018. His research interests include examining environmental factors which affect seabird breeding success in the wake of uncertain climate change. Jon is currently participating in a study of Marbled Murrelet nesting ecology in coastal Oregon forest.
